Thieves

Weaknesses: terrible attitude and no business ethics whatsoever
Details: Do not under any circumstances send these people money! I sent $999 to upgrade our existing software bought from Adserver Solutions in the past - however before even completing the transaction download, our programmer found a much better (and free) software for Linux - and so I informed Mr. McKeown that I had changed my mind and is there a way I could please have a refund? His response, "Sorry there is not", 4 words, no signoff, nothing. Great customer service indeed! I then went on to say that I considered his act the same as a theft and that if necessary I would take it to the police, to which McKeown went into defensive mode with the "Do what you want, now that you threatened me", never going to pay you style. Again, very professional!
Under no circumstances deal with these people - I do not even think they are a registered company, and they are shady as to their whereabouts to say the least - New Jersey, Winter Garden Florida, or California? Who knows - but still pond life all the same. I hope you enjoy the $999 Mr. McKeown, as it's likely to be one of the last paydays you will have of that nature if that's how you conduct business.

Avoid At All Cost

Weaknesses: Misleading Product. No response to calls, emails or IM's
Details: After several communications, I wired the money to Ad Server Solutions/Gregg McKeown, A link was sent to the software download. Once installed, the program crashed. I tried to contact Gregg via email and phone 25 times with no reply. I've tried IM'ing him as well. Professional programmers were hired to help, and they informed me that it was a problem with the product. In their words, "This program is crap. You should get your money back. We cannot make it work." I went back to the demo link on there website and it seems they can't make it work either. They have an "install instructions" tab on their demo...THEIR DEMO. It wasn't there when I was researching the site. Ad server solutions claims to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I guess they figure that if they don't respond to complaints, they will not have to be held responsible. I'm in the process of taking legal action. If anyone has other contact info on Ad server solutions beside what's provided on there site, please post them. These are the main contacts:

If you would like me to contact you to valid my claim, just post a response. Final words.....DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE.

Bad programming and even worst support

Weaknesses: Bad software overall
Details: The structure of programming is horrible, the server is not fast and when you ask for support they never get back to you and you will never get your money back.

You couldn't pay me enough..

Details: You couldn't pay me enough to use their software. We purchased it with an install a month ago and still have not had it installed by them. I tried to do the install myself and it won't work. So in other words they ripped us off for $574. Don't get burned by them! Look at the two posts above, it's probably from them since they have the same ID... |
