Strengths: It's free. The comment above is wrong. I've been using the free version for over 6 months.
Weaknesses: Web Services not enabled in teh free version
Details: I have been using the web version axosoft OnTime since the 2004 version. It's a great product. The web version is very easy to us, and has this really cool custom reporting tool.

Strengths: Installs fast, good documentation, User Controls Are easy and CSS is great
Weaknesses: can't scan external files like word docs, PDF's, only HTML
Details: Installation was easy and fast, My search was working in less tehn 10 minutes. I did have one snag but they have instant message support, and we fixed it right away. Custom start and stop tags are kind a weird, but once you understand them, they're really powerful.
