Details: I have 2 installations of InstantKB and InstantForum. One with a lot of customization for my www.ultimatewindowssecurity.com site. Very happy with responsive customer service. Easy to keep up with new posts and good use of ASP.net features like authentication, etc. Very happy in general and look forward to continued use.
