Strengths: easiest to set up
Weaknesses: no comment
Details: It's awesome application. I wanted to setup an web application very similar to twitter, but without visitor registration when I found it. It was very easy to setup I just uploaded all files into the server and that was really everything. It also has unique way to comment existing tweets. I also like it uses url rewriting instead of dynamic urls.
