Strengths: Quick and easy
Weaknesses: Unreliable, & doesn't index PDF Doc etc.
Details: We found Easy Search unreliable, it would intermittently stop functioning due to corrupt resource files. When it stops we'd have to delete the resource files, then quickly restart our web app to get it going again.

Strengths: Installs fast, good documentation, User Controls Are easy and CSS is great
Weaknesses: can't scan external files like word docs, PDF's, only HTML
Details: Installation was easy and fast, My search was working in less tehn 10 minutes. I did have one snag but they have instant message support, and we fixed it right away. Custom start and stop tags are kind a weird, but once you understand them, they're really powerful.
