Intuitive, easy to use and performs as advertised

Strengths: Intuitive classes, good documentation/samples, excellent support
Weaknesses: Doesn't contain all bells and whistles of some other products
Details: Purchased Secure Ftp product from another vendor (who also sells Ftp server software) without testing out trial version. What a mistake! After no response to urgent request for support via email for several days, I decided to try Rebex trial version in the application I'd been working on. Rebex ftps classes worked without any problems, uploading/downloading secure and unsecure. Also used directory listing functionality without problems. Have purchased their product and can't say enough about them. When was the last time you sent a request for support and had a reply within the hour. Their documentation is especially useful for those unfamiliar with all the low level details of ftp/ftps. They inform you which commands may not be supported by all ftp servers and which methods you should use.
