A Terrific product Written by John Webb from Oklahoma (Monday, August 18, 2008) Writer is with: http://www.thewebbpage.net

Strengths: Great Architecture, Great Functionality, Great GUI, flexible for expansion Weaknesses: It uses a lot of memory Details: I have been using this product for almost 3 years and I have been very happy with it. It does things that most CRM's don't do. For example you can setup multiple relationships with any organization or entity. Let's say you have person who works for multiple companies. You can relate that person (entity) to all of the companies. You can also relate that person (entity) to as many other persons (entities) as you want.
Even though the free version is limited to 5 people, each of those people can have as many mailboxes as you want to setup. You can then use DBNetOffice to retrieve all of the emails from any of the mailboxes. You could actually use it in place of Exchange Server. It is much easier to work with.
All of the forms are AJAX based so when something is updated the screen doesn't blank out when it refreshes.
You can also customize almost all of the labels used on the forms. So if you want "Mobile Phone" to display as "Cell Phone" you can.
DBNetOffice is powerful and flexible. It has more than most CRM's that you have to pay for. I did add 1 user to it (which cost me $95.00) so I have a 6 user system now. The support has always been very, very good and prompt. If you are looking for a CRM, take a close look at DBNetOffice. I have found nothing better.
