Good Start

Strengths: Great Architecture, Great Functionality, Great GUI, flexible for expansion
Weaknesses: Documentation and Support
Details: Nice product but obviously the documentation has not caught up with the product. I have asked for documentation multiple times to no evail.
They just repeat the documentation. I have asked how to do the bulk email, they reply just go to the email templete page then the report writer and hit bulk email.
When asked for the documentation to build out the system for my needs, no answer. So I then ask for a quote to do what I want and they reply $1200 minimum. I might as well purchase MS CRM then which is complete.
If you need a product that just does basic CRM your in good shape.
The robusts pieces of this package are without documentation which makes it unusable.
It seems to have an incredible report writer but again no documentation.
Support - They are based in England so inheritly there is problem. The website does not have a knowledge base, the online forum is really not used much by other users.
I did purchase support for a very reasonable price but not all emails are answered. I sent 4 to 5 emails with questions and only received 2 generic responses.
If they work out the documenation and support it will be a 5.
