Strengths: Template based organization very powerful, helpful customer support,

Details: This is a powerful ecommerce package which is packed with many useful features. I have tested it extensively including a few stress tests and it has met and exceeded all my expectations. I have evaulated and used many packages before but none of them had everything I needed and also were full of problems.
The support is very helpful and they go out of their way to help their customers.
Templates control the look and feel of the site and this makes it very flexible. I adapted it to fit all my website's look and feel.
The admin interface is very well setup and it is also very user friendly. It has everything to control the look and feel and the administrative control.
It is very stable and I have never seen it crash while testing it. There are occasional problems which were created when I tried modifying the template and that were due to some typo errors which I made.
Overall it has a very robust architecture a friendly user interface and high levels of flexibility.

Very Organized Admin

Details: A majority of the shopping carts systems I have seen do not have very well thought out administrator sections. Setting up attributes to correspond with complex products with other products is often confusing. Setting up Color/Material swatches, complex pricing variations, weight attributes and other product related attributes is a breeze with XSE. The most common function you will be using in a store admin is setting up your products and I really like this product for this reason. Everything else in the cart like shipping and other items that usually require a one time setup are logically located in their own areas and are also very straight forward to use.
I would recommend trying out the demo to see what I am talking about as far as organization of the admin.
Front end design customization is relatively simple with user controls being placed wherever you would like in the page. The user controls can also be modified for further look and feel changes.
Support has been another concern of mine and I have always had a good experience with the XSE team so far.
Pricing is very reasonable for all the features this cart offers.

Details: Technical Support Services Inc (tssi) offers printer maintenance, printer consumables, and data system upgrade support nationwide. XSE.NET is a wonderful product and we highly recommend it. It is robust, flexible, and very configurable, yet, easy to use, fast, and secure. The XSE.NET staff is superb and has been extremely responsive and helpful. XSE.NET is a terrific solution!

Built in .NET, the authors are able to provide timely updates as the eCommerce landscape changes. As our clients have requested additional capabiltities, they have been added. This technology has also allowed us to be able to contract for special features at very reasonable rates.

Strengths: Very Customizable, Very Good Control Panel
Weaknesses: Can be tricky to setup
Details: We spent 2 years looking for the ideal e-commerce solution that provided the best value for money for our customers.
It had to allow different options for each product.
It had to allow discounts for quantity.
It had to allow coupons and promotions.
It had to allow "cross selling" - Those who bought this also bought this
It had to have the ability to charge sales tax for selected states at different rates, but not others.
It had to allow me to fully customize the store look and feel to both satisfy my customer and to design stores that did not look like "cookie cutter" stores.
XSE does the job and I highly recommend it.
