Strengths: Outstanding Customer Satisfaction

Details: After leaving my last rating, i was contacted by a representive of the company. I was offered a refund for my purchase even though we realized it was not the fault of iisProtect but of my hosting or a miscomunication of the two. I do have to say i have used their products before and have all been outstanding.
