Strengths: Good product and good features
Weaknesses: No way other than e-mail to reach the company
Details: The products seems pretty good and we even implemented into our program however I requested about 10 times to have someone call me by calling my toll free phone number and they would not do that.
If I am going to spend a $1000 dollars expect a little better customer service.
