Strengths: It's totally free
Weaknesses: Slows to a halt , add banners, no ftp
Details: I used the service of WEBNG the last two years. Initially, the server was fast and were not placed benners.
Currently note to my amazement, that the server is very slow and began to place banners. This is without a pre-warning to users.
The only advantage of using this service at present, are be free and allow ASP
I think I will withdraw all my sites and my clients and seek alternatives.
