Strengths: Easy to follow and lots of comments to help!

Details: Works really well and easy to use. We used this solution for a random image placements. Instead of using a database to have a random sort of records, just use the script that we found on aspin.com. What we liked the most about it was the fact that every part of the code was documented for our interns to view and extract ideas.
