Strengths: Not expensive,Quick & clean,good facilitys,can be edited to match your own Site.
Weaknesses: Non paying version is limited to 10 people in chat.
Details: I tried about 20 chat rooms \applets before i decided on "Pulp Chat" ,what swung it for me was these things:
(1)The Chat room can have YOUR design built in,images,coloring etc.
(2) You can have a Visible " who's in chat" link.. so you can see whos in before you enter.
(3) Can be "moderated" and if required Unruly chatters Booted & Banned.
(4)Each Chatter can have a little "icon" and different size\ color text.
(5) Great help & Assistance from Pulp Chat Staff.
