Strengths: no comment
Weaknesses: no comment
Details: PULPchat looks great.
User interface is excellant. Graphics are great. No refresh or annoying screen jitters.
I love the pager sound and screen vibrate feature.
Two drawbacks though;
1: Hosted on PULPchat server not your own.
2: Uses IP address to identify user not cookies. So two clients sharing a connection cannot both be on.
Features I am looking for:
1: Ability to use custom avatars (faces)
2: Moderator control

 | Rebuttal From Listing Owner: We're happy you liked the look of PULPchat. Here is some additional information:
1. You may purchase a license for your own server.
2. The IP address identifier is a feature that can be turned on or off by the admin of each PULPchat. It prevents a person from signing in as 2 different people at the same time.
3. Avatars are available in the latest version, 1.62.
4. Moderator control is also available. See the website. |
