Strengths: Free version is complete and easy to use, easy to customize
Weaknesses: Product import routine not very versatile
Details: Had a basic shop up and running in a couple of hours. Since they provide source code, customizing the look only took a few hours more. Importing a large product catalog is more of a challenge. I ended up writing my own import routine. Again, since they provide source to the admin function, this was straightforward, not a problem. I *RECCOMMEND* buying the upgraded administrative tool (Power pack medium) once you get serious about your store, as it allows even novices to manage products and sales. I installed and tried 3 other free shopping carts before settling on Comersus.
