Details: After spending an excessive amount of time to install this software on either SQL Server or Access Databases (I was desparate to prove it worked to myself, I even paid for the $200 option pack) I gave up. All their "tech support" reponses in the forum, much like their rebuttle in this feedback thread, is useless. The same questions are constantly responded to with vague and circular-referenced answers. A couple times everything would appear to be functioning properly only to "crash" inexplicably. I'm sure there must be some magical method to installing this applicaton, but I don't have a month to play games and rely on clues in lieu of real instructions and support. 2-stars, merely for the potential it had.

Comersus has an error trapping feature so all errors are sent by email to the store owner. You can also switch your store to demo mode in order to get detailed error messages printed on screen.
Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for writing this review. We have released a lot of improvements for 4.11 If you want to test it we will send you an update for free.
