Very good web app

Strengths: Simple to use, receive paypal payments, file management, live chat, good help files
Weaknesses: Professional Edition isn't free
Details: We have been using collabtrak (Free Edition) for a month and it does exactly what it says it does. It's very logical and easy to use. It seems all the cool extra features are in the Professional Edition. I think we will eventually upgrade since it's only $10 a month. We are going to upgrade to have our logo and colors in our account, so when our clients login to track the project, it matches our branding. I really like CollabTRAK and I'm glad I found them online! :-)
