Details: This is exactly what I like to see. You take a chore like working with an Excel file via VBScript and you make a short bit of script that utilizes all of the features and does just one simple thing. There is no confusion inolved since it does what it does, no more no less.... This bit of code shows you exactly how to initialize a new Excel file and shows you how to write to a worksheet and a cell in your new file.
