Strengths: Free. Works great.

Details: Don't let the Spanish intimidate you, if you're not a Spanish speaker. This program is very easy to understand and to use. It also has its own asp browser for viewing your generated files even if you don't have IIS on your desktop. The code it generates is very simple and easy to customize, unlike some expensive commercial products.

Weaknesses: Using the language I cannot understand
Details: I'm a programmer and working with ASP. Now I can make the database design with Access and generate basic website with DB2ASP tool, after that I can change to another DB with a small effort
