Details: I instaled this and google read it as xml file. In fact this script produce an xml file with your files founded in the specified directory. Simple and it's working. I try now to test the other versions of this script ... same address. Good luck guys!

Weaknesses: Doesn't submit the sitemap to Google.
Details: This ASP code works great. The code is nice and compact, easy to read and does a nice job generating a Google sitemap. The only thing missing is the option to submit the sitemap to Google.

Details: This is a great tool you've made here, and very much appreciated.
I tested the script on an ASP.NET site.
I added .aspx file extension and it works!
Will probably tweak furthermore your script for my own purposes but,
basically, the thing works...
