Rankem Good - Support Not to Good

Strengths: Very Good well thought out program
Weaknesses: Very slow to no support
Details: For our poker group we use The Tournament Director Software to run the game which is an amazing piece of software.
We use Rankem on the backend of the website to display stats to all our registered players who have a valid login and password.
The software Rankem is a well thought out piece of coding, but has a few very minor flaws such as formulas and where to change them for the tracking of points. We use the following point system where as you buy in you get 5 points, and one more point the the number of players you finished in front of with a 5 point bonus for winning.
40 people buy in and you win you get 51 points (5 buyin, 41 - one more than all the people you finished in front of and 5 points bonus for the win). We used to use 5 buyin points and 1 more than the players you finished in front of and that formula is N - R + 1 in Tournament Director but to translate it to Rankem it took me to figure out the formula to use is -->

& it took me about a week and a half to figure it out and now I have had a support question (number 3090) submitted since 1/6/2010 with no answer.
I even went as far as to write a doc file for the developer to include in his software paid version that explains installing and formulas. I even sent him a sample tournament director file to be able to import into the paid stand alone version that the visitors of The Tournament Director website were excited about until he didn't answer a number of emails from those posters.
Bottom line, very well thought out software with not so good support, so my advise is if you can't figure out the formulas use the free version.

Stats for Texas Hold em

Strengths: easy to use, online sign-up is free, tracking capabilities
Weaknesses: website needs updating
Details: I have utilized the Texas Rank'em website to track the friendly neighborhood game for several years. The site allows us to track our progress and better understand our own poker strengths and weaknesses. I would like to see more reference materials and access to a recommended reading list so I can be more competitive at the casinos. Overall, I like the online product and would recommend to others based on the cost (FREE!)

Strengths: Easy to use, Great Stats,
Weaknesses: Think it should be 100% of screen, not 800. Allow for larger fonts, eaiser for reading
Details: Used to rank Online Texas Hold'em Players. Best script we've ever found and Dan stands behind his work 110%. If you need a script like this to rank your players. We recommend Texas Rankem before anything else.

Weaknesses: Using e-mail addys as userIDs are good, unless you belong to more then one group on the site.

Excellent For Home Games

Strengths: Tracks almost everything you can think of...and more!
Weaknesses: Why has it taken so long for someone to write this program?
Details: I was using this prog since it was still in testing I believe, and I am VERY happy with this final version!! Tracks everything I can think of for our local game. Simple to use, and a good layout in every area.
