Details: Liked what I saw and figured it was a good purchase figuring that with the code I could locate and fix the problem. But haven't recieved the code.

Strengths: easy to install
Weaknesses: only works with IE
Details: my customers kept complaining about LiveSupport not working, then I found out that it *only* works with IE, not Firefox, Opera or Netscape.
Time to look for another solution.
If you know your visitors are ONLY going to use IE, then this will work.

Details: best in the world , keep the good work guys, but make more sophesticated than existing, this will give you a lot of exporsure, i am starte in web site building this gives a wonderfull tool and experience
