Strengths: Great admin, stable DB, easy to use and customize
Weaknesses: Not compatible with .NET
Details: Tried a couple other banner managers before going with JiRo's. I was extremely impressed with not only the application, but the author's support. He was well willing to help until it was running beautifully. We had some issues with it running on some of my ASP.NET pages but were able to work around it. It runs great, looks great, and I honestly couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend this one over any of the free ones I've seen and it's super cheap considering what you get.

Strengths: Easy to use and set-up and no complex jargon. Tells you the important stuff you need to know only.
Weaknesses: no comment

Strengths: Has all features one needs
Weaknesses: seems to depend on local logging instead of webserver-logging
Details: I'm developing a (so far) text-based logviewer for a few commercial webservers and will probably steal some of the ideas behind this design.
