Strengths: Easy administration, internationalization, user-friendly with various VBscript modules

Strengths: number of useful features, export filters, internationalisation, Unicode support etc.
Weaknesses: The installation only works on ASP servers, though this should not be considered as a weakness
Details: The products is very customizable and nearly perfect CMS. Its perfect Unicode support, automatic one-click skinning, easy Administration intereface and very good integration with forums, meda download modules etc. makes it a very good choice for many sites.

Weaknesses: No weaknesses found so far
Details: After months of searching and testing various Open Source CMS applications I finally gave up, as they were to restricted on use. I then looked at purchasing a CMS from various vendors. After testing the demo's I found they too were just as restricted as the others. I then came across Smart Publisher and started using the Lite version. It was installed and running in less than 5 minutes (the quickest) and I have not looked back since. I would highly recommend Smart Publisher to anyone that has been looking for an excellent, easy to install, easy to use and setup CMS application. So, go on, give it a try for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Strengths: Easy to use,Open Source License, Extremely powerful record management, retrival, and manipulation
Weaknesses: The biggest weakness of the program is the lack of good english documentation for users.

http://otter.surfbc.ca. We have recently examined several other leading commercial and open source applications before deciding Smart Publisher Pro was best suited for our advanced online publishing needs.
We have only been using the Pro version for 3 months, however we ran the light version of Smart Publisher for more than two years before needing extra performance.
