Strengths: The forum layout looks really nice
Weaknesses: Support is non-existent
Details: I have a problem with a sub-category getting a posting. It does not show as a new posting in the parent category. I posted a question about the problem over 2 mos ago and no answer.
This design flaw makes it a very poor choice for a forum; if there is a solution I cannot find it.
I will change out to a new forum s/w as soon as I have time.

Strengths: It can be made in any language
Weaknesses: Too few skins...
Details: I have tested it and works fine on our site and I am satisfied. I wanted to make skins for it, but I am not a pro, though I am very satisfied with it. Nobody sees each other's email, that is a strong thing in it... our server does not support smtp email, so this feature I had to disable... although was very useful. Thanks for such a great work! When is the next update?

Strengths: Compact code, very compact code
Weaknesses: Not completely finished yet.
Details: Using the forum, browsing the user notes, checking the source code and SQL code (including stored procedures). There's some work left in that department BUT it's nice to see that someone takes the time to write a true XML based piece of forum software.

Good look, bad security

Strengths: Easy to use and easy to install.
Weaknesses: Very easy to break, delete all information and gain Admin rights.
Details: After one hour testing the in line demo and dowloading the source I was able to delete all the info and reconfigure the demo forum.
Everybody can do the same with any forum of this release.

Details: Great software program! Finally, an easy to use asp solution that works with Frontpage without all those garbage global.asa db connections.
