Strengths: It was easy to setup and add to my website.
Weaknesses: Only one login. Couldn't upload images.
Details: I tried to use it. It installed fine but the interface is really, really weak. Only one login but anyone can create a blog. No way to sort or catagorize the blogs.

Perfect for personal server

Strengths: Installation, size, calendar, reader comments
Weaknesses: Password not converted to ***** in admin control page
Details: I already have IIS, ASP, and Office on my machine, so all I had to do was copy files. That's it. Without any server-side configuration, I had a blog! And, my friends can comment without having to remember a login name. Home page < 15kB; Comments page < 17kB. Color scheme is very good and there is a well-documented .css file. Recommended fonts were included.
The only problem I had was: any time you want to change the password, it's not converted to asterisks (*).

Strengths: Everything is great but one thing...so much Italian in it
Weaknesses: The images folder and so much of it being in Italian
Details: Having to customize it and there being tons of Italian in the scripts.

Strengths: Easy to customize, simple, clean
Weaknesses: Italian language but hey, the guy is Italian. Can't knock him on that!
Details: I've been looking for an easy to setup blog for over a month now. I just found this one on ASPIN and it is AMAZING. Easy to setup, easy to customize. Solid application with no bugs discovered yet.
I'm an intermediate level ASP coder (perhaps even lower than that) and I figured it out easily.

Strengths: easy to read and understand, simple but good
Weaknesses: comments/explanations are written on italian, maybe they should consider writing it on english..
Details: i've been looking for a source code which i could use to manipulate records from a mysql server. and it took me more than a month to find one!
