Weaknesses: Not web-based
Details: This system is not web-based. You must create everything on your computer and therefore it is not scalable whatsoever.
I e-mailed the company and asked them if the source-code is available to make simple changes, this was their reply:
Thank you for contacting us. Yes, with the full version you get the .asp
source code of the quiz engine and the Web Administration Interface. You do
not get the source code of the WebQuiz program (used to add questions),
which is a Windows executable.
