Can't Get it To Work - no reply to emails

Strengths: Software looks great and I love the demo. I'm trying to install it for a school website.
Weaknesses: I can't get it to work. FutureTec lists no phone at their site and has not responded to my emails.
Details: I emailed FutureTec twice on 8/06/05. I still have yet to hear from them at all.

Details: Just bought my 2nd license. FutureTec has done a great job in Localizing & Customizing the calendar and their support dept. must be the best in business! Value for Money!

Greatest Tech Support EVER!

Strengths: Great Tech Support, Set everything up for FREE, instantly recieved software
Weaknesses: no comment
Details: When my server was having problems installing they took the time to install the script FOR ME, with no extra change. They also presented multiple solutions to customize their calendar to my website. This is by far THE BEST calendar software you can buy, don't waste your time with $300 software when you can get the exact same script with amazing tech support for less than $20!

Strengths: Easy Installation - Easy to Customize.- Excellent Support
Weaknesses: Absolutely NONE! For $18? Come On.
Details: Support said we would have it up and running in 10 minutes and I actually think it was less than that. Our system adminstrator said most instructions for ASP applications are complicated, a lot of work to configure for our environment, but this E-Calendar was the easiest application he had ever installed. It worked immediately and we have already added our own banner for our purpose of putting it on our intranet. Excellent communication from thier sales and support team. Money well spent. Strengths: Technical Support was outstanding
Weaknesses: None
Details: First, let me say that I work in the technical support field (Networking) so I know how rare it is to get such help. I am not very good with ASP so support really played a large part in getting this project up and running for me. They were very kind and prompt with their solutions to my problems. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the product, and the assistance that I received in helping me get it setup.

E-Calendar - Your next Calendar App

Strengths: Easy to install, great features and you can't beat the price
Weaknesses: Have not found any
Details: This is one of the most easiest applications that I ever installed. It was so easy that as soon as I was done I had to write to the author to tell them how much I appreciated it.
I believe the look of the product is very nice and it is very simple to paste the code into your page to make a part of your site.
The one thing that I found lacking was that when you click on an event title and it opens in a pop-up window, I thought it would be nice to give the end user a button (link) to click to print the Event. I sent this in as a suggestion for a new feature (albeit a small one). The tech support was kind enough to modify the file for me and send with their compliments. That's customer service and pride in your product.
For $18 you cannot go wrong.

Nice Calendar Application

Details: I've used several more expensive calendar applications and although they were pretty to look at, they were difficult to navigate. E-Calendar looks like a calendar and offers a nice admin. I especially liked the popup window used to display the event. All 'n all ... a good value.

Documentation could use some improvement

Strengths: No programming involved, pre-packaged and ready to go
Weaknesses: NOT EVERYONE USES SQL SERVER!!!
Details: The documentation is clear, however it is seriously lacking if you are using an Access database rather than SQL. If you are not an expert, be prepared for some curt exchanges with the email support. (But the fact that email support is there is a good thing.)

Full Access support has been added and now you need to know nothing about ASP to configure the application for MS Access.
