Strengths: Fast Weaknesses: Horrible Install using MSSql Details: Horrible install if you're using MSSql be prepared to get into the guts of the matter... really amaturish for a 2008 product (even free ones are better). User interface is ancient and childish. Too many features lacking compared to other similar products. Customer facing side requires customers to 'logon or create account' before they can do anything and most just opt to send an email bypassing the system. I spent several days "farting around" with this system and I would suggest bypassing it for something else. Review Based On: 3 Day(s) of usage |

Strengths: I think that the application is fast, simple to set up, and the price simply cannot be beat. Weaknesses: It doesnt have a way to upload and view documents, like screenshots, etc. Details: I have used it, and many of my clients have complained about it.

Strengths: Ease of install, great performance, not many issues Weaknesses: windows 2003 support, email issues Details: I had an easy time setting up the system and making a change that allow me to run two help desks packages with different names on the same server using the same sql database server. But I would like to see a ticket that can be setup for emergencies that will email everyone at once. Support for a pager (which can be done with email if we could do a blanket sent to multiple users). The ability to setup more granular controls and an area to change field names to help configuration and setup. Also a place to change the name to a logo on the ASP page.
