Details: Many tables with tens of columns cause this program to start crawling on its knees. I haven't figured out why, but it I think the coding style has something to do with it. Many <% %> statements ruing performance.
Though slow, it is a nice an usable program for simple DB administration. i.e. you are at home, and don't want the overhead of Access, or SQL Client on a modem connection, and want to look at something at the office server.
Other than that nothing fancy here. |

Details: A wonderful application tool that I find very useful for content management for database driven websites. It is wonderful to be able to have multiple databases in a site all easily accessible through the Table Editor. Very nicely laid out and designed, with a professional appearance. Comes with very attractive neutral colors and CSS styles applied. Also easy to customize colors and appearance in an editor like UltraDev. Although still in BETA I haven't experienced any problems with it at all. Many thanks to the developers who have made this available. |
