Strengths: Simple implementation in one function
Weaknesses: No formal licence, restrictions may be onerous for hardcore ASP developers.
Details: I needed to decode a BASE64 string. This function did the job. I read the licence, it was a bit flakey. I don't have anything else to say about it!
