It was the right choice for us

Details: It took us a while to choose vendor after looking at many alternatives and at the end we decided to go for Q-Shop Pro.
And I am sure we made the right choice.
We got prompt support when asking about some customisations we wanted to make and the help was superb. The shop has been running smoothly and we have seen a lot of orders coming in!
What I like the most is how user friendly the shop is, we have received very good feedback from our customers so far and the software is flexible enough to accommodate our needs.
We have just upgraded to the last version and are very impressed with the new theme support and new features like gift certificates. The new packing lists have also proved very useful when packing orders.
All in all I can only recommend this software!

Great solution - excellent service

Details: Very flexible solution which I now use for three stores - I've easily been able to customize the stores both in design and functionality (with very limited knowledge of ASP). In addition, I've never had better support over the net. In fact, they have been quick to answer all crys for help and have even helped fix problems that I myself have caused. I've looked at many other solutions, but have always come back to Q-shop.

Details: I've looked at over a dozen stores and this one is by far the best.
I say that becuase of the code comments, and the ease of use to customize. The file structure is easy to follow and understand. The documentation is also about as good as it gets.
If you don't know active server pages and you need great customization, then this might not be for you.
I would highly recommend this software. Even if you're building your own store from scratch, this code will save you hours and hours of reinvention time.

Details: With the right system, your company/merchant can do well. With Q-Shop, they can keep the customers coming back. The user/customer capabilities in this cart system are absolutely amazing. A huge timesaver for the customer and it keeps them returning to the catalog. Setup was a breeze and customization took little time. We added our own payment options in record time and everything works fantastic! Great software. Kudos to Carlos and the gang at Quadcomm! |

Details: They say their script is the best. Well, that may be true for them, but was not the case for me. Try to get a support person via email, it's nearly imposible.
I recommend people to get any other Shopping Cart BUT this one. |

Details: For people knowing little ASP and low budget this is the best shopping cart I could find in the market and which could be customised. To install and customize it, you need to know little ASP. I would have given the five star rating if they had a faster response on their forums. |

Details: I finally purchased this thing quite a while ago and am writing this only after debating with myself as to whether or not I should. I am experienced with ASP, VBS and various other Web based technologies but we needed a nice, simple solution for "canned" sites. Q-Shop looked like the answer. Even though it was next to impossible to get a response to presales e-mails, I purchased it (there is not "trial" version) and installed it. I can say this, if you set it up *exactly* like they have the Web demo, it works quite well. It is *not* made for customizing. It is full of tight styles and convoluted html that make it fly apart when you make the slightest change. I realized this almost immediately but requests to return it were not answered. I don't believe in using my credit card as a club against bad merchants so I didn't go any further. My warning to anyone else? Buy this only if you want to use it exactly as it appears in the demo and only with cybercash.
We ended up using another product mentioned here which appears infinitely customizable, with more features, at about the same price. To the authors of Q-Shop I would say, at the very least you should pay more attention to your e-mail. I think you misrepresented your product and treated me badly. |
