Could be mnore user friendly Written by John Holtz from Costa Rica (Sunday, January 21, 2007) Writer is with: http://www.hlcostarica.com

Strengths: Nice format and nice viewing, good roll over, fast Weaknesses: Could be made more clear getting back to listings page from a specific property Details: I have done about 4 hours of demo work and gone to your client sites.
My only real critical issue is getting back to the master listings page from a specific property is complicated. It is easy to do, but the verbiage is not correct. "All Listings" sounds like the master listings page that I came from with thumbnails, but it is not. "Results" is the page I really want and I think it should be called "All Listings" or "Back to Listings". And, the link needs to be more visual because we will loose a user if she/he hits to many wrong pages.
I do like 20/20 almost better than our custom program used at www.hlcostarica.com which is not all that stable. It looks good and the layout is such that the user does not have too many things to think about. We paid a lot of money for the appliction, so when it comes to value, 20/20 wins hands down. (Whatever hands down means.)
The next step is customer support. If that is personal, efficient and understandable....we will be purchasing upwards of 22 versions in 11 countries.
We'll keep things up to date on the progress

Strengths: Very flexible customization Weaknesses: Can be complicated to understand Details: Basically getting this up and running is very easy. Making it do what you need it to is easy also. However you need to get a grasp of the basic concepts first. The folks at 2020 offer the best product support I've ever come across so, with thier help, the excellent active forum and a little patience you can make this product do almost anything you need from a web enabled database system. No hesitation in recommending 2020Datashed at all. If you have the basics of HTML and are comfortable with say Dreamweaver, you can do it yourself. If not any professional web team will have no problems getting you up and running in a few hours! Review Based On: 2 Month(s) of usage |

Strengths: Very flexible, easy to plug-in, tons of options Weaknesses: Needs more documentation Details: There's a lot of documentation already, but it's so flexible that the more I use it the more I want to tweak it. Their support is top notch and the price is reasonable. Keep it up guys! Review Based On: 4 Month(s) of usage |

Strengths: Very, Very Scalable. Packed full of features. Weaknesses: Different concepts in coding. Not a bad thing once you figure it out. Details: Support is absolutely the best. Used there products and worked with Dave for over 2 years now and it just gets better. Extremely great company and products. Datashed is great. Works well with small and large companies. Support is very fast and if it breaks they fix it. They dont point fingers, they just fix it. Thanks 20/20 and look forward to new additions and upgrades. I have heard about the exciting new add ons and upgrades and cant wait to see whats next. Thanks again. Review Based On: 4 Month(s) of usage |
