I have registered 8 day's ago, and all goes fine...
For all people.. that say that Brinkster isn't good.. just leave this server and pay for one...!!!

Slow doesn't even begin to spell it out.
Images failing to load, L o n g waits, and no it wasn't the code...
tested n a unix box running chilisoft and on an IIS5 w. 7Host the pages flew....
Presumably if yu pay you get more but then after this who'd want to risk it. |
No FTP,and they filte asp code!!

Details: They are indeed fast server,but no ftp.
The most of all,the web upload procedure was programmed to filte any CPU resoruce consuming script[like "on err resume next"]!! |

Details: I am an ASP developer, I have sold applications to many people but every time a client try's to use on of my applications on Brinkster they come back with errors. So after investigating the web hosting account I found there email systems are very rarely running, Databases have to be handled like nuclear waste. In fact I have found they put so much limits on creating ASP pages that is not even worth the effort to learn it. I would have to re-write my total applications just for it to work, In fact I have seen developers do this! |

Details: it's always the same... when i'm trying to update my page it will often give 'server blabla' error... most of the time i can't even log in!!... creating databases with the database manager does give most of the time an error... it's better to create and update the database within your page...
now i'm looking for another server... but hard to find ;) |

Details: This is the worst hosting service that I have ever had. Most of the time my site is down, or my email server is down. I have a premium service and I am switching!! Their customer service is even worst!! I certainly would recommand another service!! |

Details: When I was on Brinkster when they were called eWebCity, the site was great. Now the file manager takes forever to load, if it loads at all. It continuously asks for you name and password. The reliability of the site is a joke now. That’s with the Premium membership to. |
