Details: The bandwidth limit for General Members is 16.7 MB per day and 500 MB per month.
if you don't have a lot of vistior you can use it :-)

Details: BRINKSTER hasn't all I want from ideal ASP Host, but it is reliable, functional and I have no problems when using it. I tried few similar host, who had FTP access (what I miss on BRINKSTER), but there is BANNER or very slow response. So if you want to have site using ASP, databases and don't need to upload 100s of files a week, then BRINKSTER should be your good choice. |

Details: been a member since march of 2000, when they were ewebcity, prices have gone up, server reliablity has gone down, support has gone way down.
Im moving my site in a week or so since they started charging for SQL |

Details: It may be a great Free ASP site but
it is not worth paying $12.00. Their
business goal is to get money out of
you. If you have a problem then the
only way you can resolve it is by
cancelling and then rejoining.
This way they can collect the setup
fees twice.

Details: I heard a lot of good things about brinkster, but reading their terms of service really put me off. Tons and tons of rules. For example you're not allowed to store any files except "webfiles" (obviously) and compressed files (zip etc). The compressed files can't be bigger than 1 mb, or they'll be removed!!
Make sure you read the terms of service before you sign up and do it carefully!! |

Details: Brinkster's overall a very good host and they provide a lot of good features ... but only if they were to run smoothly that is!! ... my site has been going down quite often due to bandwidth limits being exceeded! (17mb/day!! come on gimme a break!). plus unresponsive support sometimes takes its toll ... they're great otherwise ... they themselves admit that premium members are hosted on much better servers ... so try brinkster if ya learning asp, theres no better place to host it! |

Details: No banner ads, 30mb space, ASP support with MS access... that's great.. If I can ever get to my site!! Half the times I go, it's either down or it's crawling. I'm ready to switch to another one. Seriously, I wouldn't mind a banner ad if I can actually get to my site. File manager is plain annoying. Too many restrictions on a poor service. 3 months ago, I would have given Brinkster 4 stars. |
